Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
(As per Indian Consumer Protection & GST Regulations)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Returns (As Per Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – India)
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- For return request please contact us via our contact page or just drop an email to contact@ev2wpart.inwith your order number.
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be returned.
- Product must not show signs of fitting, tampering, or electrical connection.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to safety, hygiene, and electrical compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Installed electrical components (controllers, throttle, display meters, converters, wiring harness)
- Lithium-ion batteries once used or installed
- Spare parts once fitted
- Consumables such as brake pads, cables, bulbs, etc.
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video
- Order number
After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
4. GST & Taxation Policy (Important)
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the product page.
- A GST Tax Invoice will be issued for every order.
- In case of return, the refund will include GST charged on the invoice (if applicable).
- GST credit (Input Tax Credit – ITC) can only be claimed by registered buyers based on the original tax invoice.
- If a GST-registered buyer has already claimed ITC, they must reverse the ITC as per GST law before refund processing.
- Refunds will be processed only after goods are received and verified.
As per GST regulations, refund will be processed against the original invoice value.
5. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- The Electric Scooter insurance and RTO registration charges are not refundable.
- The Electric Scooter booking amount is not refundable.
- The cost of both the tyres shall be deducted from refundable amount while processing return of Electric scooter
- The cost of vehicle electronic display shall be deducted from refundable amount while processing return of Electric scooter
- The cost of damage to the any other vehicle body parts or electric /mechanical/ electronic parts or their replacement shall be deducted from refundable amount while processing return of Electric scooter
6. Order Cancellation

- If you need to change your order or just want to cancel it, please contact us via our contact page or just drop an email to contact.happymart.jbp@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
7. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
- We recommend using a trackable courier.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Warranty Claims
Certain products such are covered under manufacturer warranty as per warranty card terms if mentioned on product page. Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs
Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jabalpur MP India
