WARRANTY PERIOD
- This warranty shall exist for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery to the first purchaser.
- Warranty is transferable to the subsequent owner for the remaining warranty period and is applicable only in India and not transferable to any other country.
WARRANTY INCLUSIONS
- Only Manufacturing Defects are covered under Warranty.
- Normal Wear & Tear / Tampered / unauthorized repairs are not covered under Warranty.
- For any battery related claim CDC report is Mandatory.
- Above terms are applicable on vehicle used for Personal use only not for commercial / Leasing vehicles
- Other terms & Conditions as described in Owner’s manual shall be In-Compliance / full filled to avail the Warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
- Parts will be covered under Warranty only for manufacturing defects, Normal Wear / tear, Defects arise due to external damages or due to mishandling will not be covered under Warranty.
- Examples of Warranty Exclusion due to defects arise due to Poor handling / Riding of the Vehicle/Wear Tear/Tampering:
- Brake Disc / Drum scars or Surface rubbing, bends / dents will not be covered in Warranty
- Brake Pads wear, Wire harness cuts due to external reasons (Rat bites etc.) are not manufacturing defects so will not be covered under Warranty.
- Electrical items burnt due to surge current or short circuit into wire due to external cuts / damages on wire are not covered under Warranty.
- Warranty will be void if vehicle is repaired at unauthorized local center or mechanics/ In-genuine parts usage in the vehicle.
- Painted Parts / Plastic Parts, foot rest, Bulbs, Cables, seals, Damages/ Tampering Parts are not covered under warranty.
